Dr. Yiğit Cem Öğretmen

Dr. Yiğit Cem Öğretmen graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Istanbul Okan University in 2022. While continuing to work as a general dentist in private clinics, he began his PhD (Doctoral) education in Periodontology at the Department of Periodontology, Faculty of Dentistry, Istanbul Okan University in 2022.

He is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Dentists, the Turkish Dental Association, and the Turkish Society of Periodontology. In 2023, he delivered an oral presentation at the 52nd Scientific Congress of the Turkish Society of Periodontology with his study titled “Evaluation of Dentists’ Attitudes Toward Periodontal Examination and Oral Hygiene Practices.”

In 2023, he completed the Applied Mucogingival Aesthetic Surgery Course. His main professional interests include non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatments, mucogingival surgeries, laser applications, and implant treatments.
